The light system in my room was faulty. the electricity cut off repeatedly. i had to ask at reception after four days before they fixed it. They already knew about the issue but didn't give me the correct card at check-in!

I found the location excellent, close to the main square. The breakfast included many choices, great. The room was comfortable and the blackout was good. I had a super time at the spa. It was calm and modern.
Storage space was a little small in my room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at reception. They assisted with booking restaurant reservations for me. One staff member even walked me to the station while pulling my luggage when my taxi did not show up.

The room included a kettle and a coffee pod machine; supplies were replenished daily. The bathroom was lavish and included a walk-in shower. I found lovely toiletries and nice towels were in abundance, always readily available.

The architecture displayed lovely character. I found it understated. the service had a polished, friendly style, which i valued. i received an upgrade upon arrival, a good surprise. the spa offered a tranquil space for relaxation, and i took full advantage. i appreciated this stay.
i noticed the breakfast portions were small. it was still good. it should improve to justify the room rate.

the hotel's location is perfect for exploring; all tourist destinations are a short walk away. it is near some great restaurants and cafes. this is a prime spot for immersion in the heart of the city.

the breakfast service was superb, it felt first class. the staff attends to everyone, and tables are reset quickly. magdalena greeted us with professionalism and kindness during breakfast. i enjoyed it very much.
